REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ask for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

Refunds

In order to receive a refund you must cancel the booking appointment at least twelve (12) hours before the appointment.

This can be done with three ways:
1. Via the link of cancelation form from your email confirming your approve appointment.
2. via a call at 99523024
3. via email to ungravityclimbing@gmail.com

If you are approve, then your refund will be proceed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
